Level up Geklow: Geklow evolves into a new Pokémon called Toxtricity when it reaches level 30. Make sure to level up Geklow in battles, by defeating other Pokémon.
Choose the form: Toxtricity has two different forms, the Amped Form and the Low Key Form. The form of Toxtricity depends on the nature of the Geklow that evolved it. A Geklow with a serious, jolly, naïve, rash, or lonely nature will evolve into an Amped Form Toxtricity. A Geklow with a bold, modest, timid, quiet, or calm nature will evolve into a Low Key Form Toxtricity.
Check the moves: Toxtricity learns some new moves when it evolves, including Overdrive, Shift Gear, and Boomburst, so make sure to check its moveset and use these moves to your advantage.
Use Toxel if necessary: If you don't have a Geklow yet, you can catch its pre-evolution, Toxel, and level it up to evolve it into Geklow. Toxel can be found in the wild area in the game, but it is a rare spawn, so it may take some time to find one.
