To delete your Joom account, follow these steps:Open the Joom app on your mobile device or visit the Joom website on your computer and log in to your account.Tap on your profile picture or avatar located in the top left corner of the screen.Scroll down and tap on "Settings" (on mobile) or "Account Settings" (on desktop).Select "Account" and then tap on "Delete Account".Read the information about the consequences of deleting your account, then select the reason for deleting your account and tap on "Continue".Enter your password to confirm that you want to delete your account.Tap on "Delete Account" to confirm the deletion.Note that once you delete your account, you won't be able to access your order history or use the same email address or phone number to create a new account.
